  1. A guide for your first job

    New to GoNesting? The app now shows you where to click, from uploading your drawing to downloading your files.

    • NewA step-by-step guide opens on your first visit and points at each button you need. Open it again any time with the Guide button at the top.
    • BetterGoNesting is fully launched. Co-edge cutting is now a regular Pro feature.
    • BetterUpgrade to Pro takes one click, and the Subscription page shows how many Pro days you have left.
    • BetterThe sign-in page shows how signing in with Google works, and the home page tutorial plays by itself.

  2. Pay for Pro in your own currency

    Pro is ₹600 a month in India and $7 a month everywhere else.

    • NewOutside India you pay $7 by credit or debit card, or with PayPal.
    • BetterIn India nothing changes: ₹600, paid by UPI.
    • BetterEvery page shows only the price that applies to you.

  3. Big jobs run smoothly

    Very large jobs work on everyday computers now, and uploads are more reliable.

    • FixedBig layouts can be saved and exported again.
    • FixedDrawings with special characters in their name, such as 12'' plate.dxf, upload normally.

  4. A new nesting engine that uses fewer sheets

    We rebuilt the part of GoNesting that places your parts. It tries many complete layouts at once and keeps the one that uses the least material.

    • BetterBig jobs need fewer sheets.
    • BetterMany copies of the same part are packed in neat, interlocking rows.
    • BetterParts on the last sheet are moved into empty space on earlier sheets wherever they fit.

  5. Exact sizes you can trust

    The gap, the edge margin and the sheet size you type are now kept exactly, on straight edges and curves alike.

    • BetterThe gap between parts and the margin from the edge are never smaller than you asked for.
    • BetterSheet sizes with decimals, like 1219.2 mm, are used exactly as typed.
    • FixedThe number of sheets you enter now counts. If a job needs more, the result tells you.
    • BetterNesting fills one sheet at a time, so you see each sheet the moment it is ready. If an older drawing asks to be uploaded again, it is so it can be read this new, exact way.

  6. Much faster nesting

    The same layouts as before, in a fraction of the time.

    • BetterNesting is 5 to 30 times faster. A job of 960 parts that took 12 minutes now takes about half a minute.

  7. Sign in with Google, and buy Pro online

    No more passwords or email codes, and no waiting to get Pro.

    • NewSign in with Google. Your first sign-in creates your free account. We never see your Google password.
    • NewBuy Pro online through Razorpay's secure checkout. Pro starts the moment you pay, lasts 30 days and never renews by itself.
    • BetterWe no longer keep passwords or phone numbers, and the ones we had are deleted.
    • NewWe count which pages are used most, to know what to improve. Never your name, email or drawings — see the Privacy Policy.

  8. A faster website and an About page

    Changes to the website only. Your nesting stays the same.

    • BetterPages open faster.
    • BetterShorter page addresses, like gonesting.com/pricing. Old links still work.

  9. PDF reports, and better reading of your drawings

    GoNesting finds the parts in your drawing more reliably, and every job gets a report.

    • NewEvery saved job gets a PDF report with a picture of each sheet. Download it from History.
    • BetterParts are found correctly in many more drawings, including complicated ones.
    • FixedDrawings made in inches or other units come in at the right size.
    • FixedExported DXF files open cleanly in more programs.

  10. AI Smart Rotation

    A clearer list of rotation choices, and two extras for Pro.

    • NewAI Smart Rotation tries several ways of turning your parts and keeps the tightest result.
    • NewCo-edge cutting (touching parts share one cut line) and 360-angle rotation are Pro features.
    • NewOne account works on one device at a time, so your login stays yours.

    Upload a DXF, pick your sheet, and get a layout you can cut — in your browser, with nothing to install.

    • NewTrue-shape nesting: parts are placed by their real outline, so shaped parts fit closely together.
    • NewSix simple steps: upload, pick parts, choose sheets, check settings, nest, download.
    • NewSmall parts are placed inside the holes of bigger parts, so less material is thrown away.
    • NewDownload the finished sheets as DXF files, ready for your machine.
