Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the GoNesting website (gonesting.com) and the GoNesting nesting app. By signing in, creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Questions go to info@gonesting.com.

1. The service

GoNesting reads the parts in DXF files you upload, arranges them on sheets you choose, and lets you download the result as DXF files and a PDF report. The nesting runs in your web browser; your files are stored and processed on our server.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to use the app. You sign in with your Google account; the first time you sign in, your free GoNesting account is created. Google’s own terms continue to apply to your Google account.
  • An account is for one person and can be signed in on one device at a time. If you sign in on another device, you can sign the first one out and continue there; a device left idle for 15 minutes frees the account on its own.
  • Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what is done with your GoNesting account.

3. Plans and payment

  • Free: every account includes 5 nesting runs in total. A run is used each time you start nesting a job, including running it again with different settings, and a run you stop before it finishes still counts. Reopening a finished layout without changing anything does not use a run. The Free plan does not include co-edge cutting or the 360-angle rotation mode.
  • Pro: ₹600 for 30 days of unlimited nesting runs, co-edge cutting (in beta) and the 360-angle rotation mode. You pay online from the Subscription page in the app, through Razorpay’s secure checkout, using any of the payment methods it shows. Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Paying again while Pro is active adds 30 days to the end of your current period.
  • Pro does not renew automatically, and nothing is ever charged without you paying for it. To stop Pro, simply do not pay again: your account goes back to the Free plan when the period ends.
  • If you were charged but Pro was not switched on, or were charged twice for one payment, email info@gonesting.com with the payment reference shown on your Subscription page, in your payment app or on your bank statement, and we will switch Pro on or refund the extra payment.
  • If prices or plans change, we will say so on this website before the change applies to you.

4. Your files

You keep all rights to the drawings you upload and the layouts you create. You allow us to store and process them only to provide GoNesting to you, including keeping the PDF reports of the layouts you save so you can download them again from History. Only upload files you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people’s accounts or files, share one account between several people, overload or disrupt the service, get around the plan limits, or resell access to GoNesting without our written agreement.

6. Check before you cut

GoNesting produces layouts in good faith, but it is your responsibility to check every nested layout and exported file before sending it to a laser, plasma, waterjet or router. GoNesting is not liable for wasted material, machine damage or lost time resulting from the use of its layouts.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including the information we receive from your Google account when you sign in, and the visit statistics we collect with Google Analytics on the website and in the app, which use cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics as the Privacy Policy describes; GoNesting works the same without it.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using GoNesting at any time. To have your account deleted, email info@gonesting.com from the email address on your account; the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Availability and changes

GoNesting is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using GoNesting after a change, you accept the updated terms.
